What are Coins?
Coins are a virtual platform currency. You can buy them and gift them to other registered players. They are used to access paid game modes.
Can I withdraw or sell Coins?
No. Coins cannot be sold back, withdrawn, cashed out or redeemed for money — by anyone, ever. This is a fixed platform rule.
How much does Ludo cost to play?
Paid Ludo modes cost 20 Coins to enter (configurable by the platform). Practice mode against bots is always free.
A payment did not credit my wallet.
Coins are credited only after the payment provider confirms the transaction to our servers. If a confirmed payment has not credited within a few minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
